Captain Rocky
Captain Rocky was brought to CCHS as a stray after a change in his living situation left him homeless in September of 2018. Captain Rocky came to CCHS with Eosinophilic Plaque Granuloma . The condition leaves a raw, bald patch of skin and is usually found on mouth or skull of the cat. It turned out what was causing the issue for Captain was stress. Louann Bucior who is a long time cat foster for CCHS took him into foster in August of 2019 and the issue has cleared up. Bucior said that Captain “Plays well with other cats and is a very loving guy who is happiest when he can be laying on your lap.” Bucior also said that Captain is a fan of treats and only eats dry cat food. If you would like to meet Captain Rocky please call the CCHS Adoption desk and to set up an appointment. Because he is being fostered he will need to be brought in to meet his potential new family. If you are interested in adopting please call 716-665-2209 ext. 200.
